Refund and returns policy

Recreate Laser

For personalised products we do not accept refunds or returns, however if you are unhappy with something please do get in touch and we will do our best to rectify any issues.

For generic products on our site with no personalisation factor, we accept full refunds as long as you have got in touch within 5 days of receiving the product to request a refund via the form on the contact us page or via our email.  You will have to cover the costs of shipping the product back to us, and you will only receive a refund once we have received and inspected the item. 

If your product arrives damaged, please do get in touch straight away so we can open an investigation with our mailing services, and send out a replacement as soon as we can.

Recreate Photography

We require a 50% deposit for all our booked shoots. If you would like to cancel your shoot you will only receive a full refund of your deposit. If we get 5 clear working days notice of cancellation, any less than 5 clear working days and the deposit will not be refunded.

Recreate Graphics

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit for all our booked graphics. If you are not happy with your final design then you do not have to pay the remaining balance however you will not receive the final high quality illustration without the water marks.
