We aim to manufacture your beautiful signs within 2-4 working days from ordering and then send all of our products tracked delivery 2-4 working days after the product is manufactured.
Delivery is a standard £3.50, We send all of our products tracked so we can keep you updated if there are any delays to your product getting to you! From getting your shipping email notifying you it has been posted please wait the full 4 working days before contacting us, if it hasn't arrived!
We are sure you will love your personalised sign you ordered however if there are any things you aren't happy with please do contact us, if its to do with damage on delivery please contact us within 24 hours of recieving your parcel and send us an email to contact@recreatehq.com with photos of the damage and your full name and order number and we will be able to get it sorted for you!
