Orders over £150 GBP qualify for FREE UK 2-4 day Shipping, orders under this value are subject to shipping fees depending on the products purchased.

Small items like cake toppers & tags - £3.50 GBP (UK only)
Medium items such as welcome signs, guest books - £6.99 GBP (UK only)
Large or unusual sized items - shipping to be confirmed with customer.
All shipping above includes 2-4 day shipping. If you would like next day or urgent delivery please email us to enquire.

If you are not based in the UK please contact us and we can provide you a quote for shipping to your destination.

All products will take between 3-7 working days to manufacture depending on busy periods. Once the product is manufactured you will be notified that your parcel has been shipped. You can expect your order within 2-3 working days.

For urgent orders please email us directly and we can advise if we are able to accommodate faster production and delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
All personalised products are non-refundable. The design is confirmed with you prior to the manufacture of your product. Once you have confirmed that you are happy, returns or exchanges due to the colour/design/size will not be accepted. However, if you are unhappy with something please do get in touch and we will do our best to rectify any issues.

For generic products on our site with NO personalisation, we accept full refunds as long as you get in touch with us within 7 working days of receiving the product. You will need to cover the costs for delivery back to us, and you will receive a refund after we have received and inspected the item.

In the rare and unfortunate occasion that your product arrives damaged, please email us with images and we will either offer you a full refund or we will make another product and send this out to you again. We work hard to ensure that we package all of our items correctly to avoid any damage.
