Our toppers are manufactured within 1-5working days and then posted. Please allow enough time for your topper to get to you. We will do our best to get them to you but make no guarentees on dates as postal services can take longer than stated.

Our products are sent out on a tracked delivery service to ensure we get them to you without any hiccups, tracking details will not be shared unless requested after expected delivery date.

Our toppers are made with care and love and we have tested our packaging intesively to make sure they arrive without a scratch to you. Please triple check spelling before placing your order from capital letters in the right place to puntuation and spelling, once an order is placed we guarentee no changes to your order.

Personlaised toppers will not be refundable or exchangable, so please order in enough time to make sure you get them in time! Expect postal delays just incase the postal services take an extra day or two!

In the unlikely event that there is any issues with your topper please do get in touch and we will do our best to resolve any issues, you have 12 hours after recieving your order to check that the product is in good condition and to report any faults, after this time we will not refund or exchange any products! 

The shapes of the tags will determine the dimensions of the tags, so bare that in mind when ordering. If you choose rectangle for example the longest side will be the size you choose, and the other size will be smaller to make the rectangle shape!

The Mirror is one sided only with the reveres side being plain light grey. The engraving on other materials will engrave into the material as a white no matter what colour acrylic you choose! So the darker colours will show up the engraving a lot better!
