Our toppers are manufactured within 1-5 working days and then posted. Please allow enough time for your topper to get to you. We will do our best to get them to you but make no guarentees on dates as postal services can take longer than stated.

Our products are sent out on a tracked delivery service to ensure we get them to you without any hiccups, tracking details will not be shared unless requested after expected delivery date.

Our toppers are made with care and love and we have tested our packaging intesively to make sure they arrive without a scratch to you. Please triple check spelling before placing your order from capital letters in the right place to puntuation and spelling, once an order is placed we guarentee no changes to your order.

Personlaised toppers will not be refundable or exchangable, so please order in enough time to make sure you get them in time! Expect postal delays just incase the postal services take an extra day or two!

In the unlikely event that there is any issues with your topper please do get in touch and we will do our best to resolve any issues, you have 12 hours after recieving your order to check that the product is in good condition and to report any faults, after this time we will not refund or exchange any products! 

These Charms are connected through two sticks wich are added to the back of the charm to stick into the cake! They do not stick inside so you may need to attach them into the holes with a touch of butter cream.
